Kyle Robinson

Camp Director/Director of Basketball Operations


Completing his first season a Director of Basketball Operations is Kyle Robinson.

      Robinson joins the Cougars' staff after spending the past three seasons as a graduate assistant/manager at Auburn. Robinson came to Auburn after a year stint as assistant men's basketball coach at Lincoln (Ill.) Christian College where the Preachers won a school-record 21 games en route to the school's first Midwest Regional Championship. Lincoln Christian then advanced to the 2004 National Tournament Final Four.

      Robinson was the head men's basketball manager at Gardner-Webb in Boiling Springs, N.C., from 1999-2003. The Runnin' Bulldogs were the 2000 South Atlantic Conference Champions and went on to the NCAA Div. II National Tournament. Robinson worked numerous NCAA Division I team and individual camps in the Southeast and coached in YMCA summer leagues and youth recreational leagues.

      The Clover, S.C., native earned a B.S. degree in Physical Education from Gardner-Webb in 2003. Robinson was a member of the Dean's List and was a three-time selection to the President's List.

      Robinson married the former Bobbie Holder of Winston-Salem, N.C., on August 4, 2007.
